NetSatya

By accessing or using NetSatya you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Permitted Use

NetSatya is licensed, not sold. You may use the Service solely for your organisation's internal business purposes and only with a valid licence. You must not: copy, modify or distribute the software; reverse-engineer or decompile it; use it to build a competing product; or share access with unauthorised parties.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Enterprise Licensing

Enterprise licences are per-device and time-bounded. Devices are permanently bound to a single organisation. Activations are blocked when the seat limit is reached or the licence period expires.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not: attempt unauthorised access to any system; introduce malware; use automated tools to scrape data; measure third-party networks without authorisation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enriched Info Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in New Delhi, India.

• Google Chrome 110+ — fully supported and recommended
• Mozilla Firefox 110+ — fully supported
• Microsoft Edge 110+ (Chromium) — fully supported
• Apple Safari 16+ — supported; minor visual differences may appear
• Opera 95+ — supported

Unsupported

• Internet Explorer (any version) — not supported
• Safari < 16 — not supported
• Chrome / Firefox < 110 — not supported

Android App

• Android 10 (API 29) or higher — required for APK installation
• Earlier Android versions are not supported

Required Browser Features

• JavaScript (ES2020+) must be enabled
• Cookies must be enabled (session management)
• Server-Sent Events (SSE) for AI Chatbot streaming
• Fetch API for analytics data loading
• WebGL or Canvas for signal heatmap rendering

Screen Resolution

Minimum recommended: 1280 × 720. Optimised for 1440 × 900 and above. The sidebar collapses on screens narrower than 768 px.

If you experience display issues, try a hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) and ensure browser extensions are not blocking scripts.

Map Data Attribution

Maps use OpenStreetMap data, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). Tiles are provided by CartoDB under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0. When reproducing map screenshots, attribution must be included.
