By accessing or using NetSatya you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Permitted Use
NetSatya is licensed, not sold. You may use the Service solely for your organisation's internal business purposes and only with a valid licence. You must not: copy, modify or distribute the software; reverse-engineer or decompile it; use it to build a competing product; or share access with unauthorised parties.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise licences are per-device and time-bounded. Devices are permanently bound to a single organisation.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in New Delhi, India.
